The ceremony will take place outdoors at the beachfront of the property. Please follow signage upon arrival.
Please note there is a small hill down to the ceremony area. If you require mobility assistance, please let us know in advance — the lodge has a cart available to transport guests.

We’ll also be gathering for a Friday welcome dinner and a Sunday farewell brunch with guests who previously RSVP’d to join.

Getting here
Hornby Island requires ferry travel, so we recommend planning ahead and booking accommodations early.
Please note that lodging at SeaBreeze Lodge is now fully booked.
Guests who previously reserved cabins will receive their reservation information and cabin number via email.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 2:30 PM for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
Is there parking?
Yes — complimentary parking is available at Sea Breeze Lodge.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors on the beachfront at Sea Breeze Lodge. Reception spaces will include both indoor and outdoor areas.
Is the venue accessible?
The ceremony location is down a small hill from the main lodge. If you require mobility assistance, please let us know in advance — the lodge has a cart available to transport guests.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes — if you are staying on Hornby Island, you are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue and use the designated driver service to get back to your accommodations.
What should I wear?
The dress code is Cocktail / Formal. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors on the waterfront, so we recommend footwear suitable for uneven ground or grass, as well as bringing a layer for the evening, as temperatures can cool down after sunset.
Registry
We’re lucky enough to have everything we need. If you’d like to celebrate with a gift, we’d be so grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon adventure. There will be a wishing well box at the reception or you can visit the registry page to contribute digitally.
What if my plans change?
If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update arrangements. As our venue and catering are planned in advance, changes become more difficult closer to the wedding date.
